Dania TrempDr iur. Dania Tremp, lawyer, studied law with a concentration in European Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Freiburg in Üechtland (Switzerland). She graduated with the Licentiate. Between 2005 and 2006 she did a variety of internships atcourt, in the administration and at law firms. In January 2007, after passing the bar examination, she was awarded the license to practice law by the Canton of Grisons. From January 2007 to December 2010 she worked as a research assistant for Professor Thomas Gächter in his capacity as chair of constitutional law, administrative law and social security law at the University of Zurich. Her dissertation, which was accepted by the University of Zurich in 2010, was written on the subject of living organ donations. In addition to this topic, she has researched and published in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, social security law and health law.
