Daniel Buttafuoco

Daniel P. Buttafuoco, Esq., B.A., J.D., M.A. (Theology), is a nationally recognized trial attorney, Christian apologist, and founder of the Historical Bible Society. Known for his mastery in presenting evidence and persuading juries,he brings the same clarity and conviction to defending the Christian faith--offering respectful, evidence-based answers to life's toughest questions.

Born in the 1950s and raised in a Christian home surrounded by ministers and missionaries, Daniel's life has been shaped by faith and integrity from the start. As the Founder and Senior Partner of Buttafuoco & Associates, PLLC, he became one of the nation's most respected personal injury attorneys. His firm has helped victims recover more than $750 million, earning record settlements, multiple Best Lawyer awards from The Long Island Press, and the Super Lawyerdesignation given to the top 5% of attorneys nationwide.

Despite his success in law, Daniel's deeper calling to defend truth led him to pursue a Master's Degree in Theology, bridging the worlds of evidence and faith. His passion for apologetics and biblical preservation began with the acquisition of his first ancient Bible--the 1560 Geneva--which inspired him to found the Historical Bible Society, devoted to preserving and exhibiting ancient biblical texts and manuscripts for study and reflection.

Through the Society's traveling museum, Daniel has toured the country, bringing rare biblical artifacts to churches, universities, and public audiences, making the Word of God accessible to both believers and skeptics alike. He also founded The Five Reasons, an initiative helping Christians articulate the evidence for their faith with confidence and clarity.

Daniel is the author of Consider the Evidence: A Trial Lawyer Examines Eyewitness Testimony in Defense of the Reliability of the New Testament, a compelling work that applies courtroom reasoning to the claims of Scripture.
