DANIEL CZAMANSKI is Professor of Urban Economics at Technion--Israel Institute of Technology and a member of the Klutznick Center for Urban and Regional Studies./e He has also been a faculty member at Ohio State University and an Institute Fellow n Economics at the National Regulatory Research Institute. As an advisor to two ministers of energy in Israel, he prepared the draft legislation to reform the electricity sector in Israel.
