Daniel LairdDan Laird has nearly two decades of teaching experience in public education focusing on English Language Arts and writing instruction. In that time, he was also an active member of the National Writing project, as well as Michigan State Universit's branch, Red Cedar Writing Project. In addition to being director of various writing camps for middle and high school students through MSU, Dan has conducted professional development for teachers in the area of argument writing for both National Writing Project and Field Progress Education Consulting.
