Daniel M. KlimanDaniel M. Kliman received his BA from Stanford University in California, was a Fulbright Fellow at Kyoto University in Japan, and is now pursuing a PhD at Princeton University in New Jersey. He has been affiliated with the Institute for Defens Analyses in Washington, D.C., the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford, and the Institute for International Policy Studies in Tokyo. In Washington, D.C., he has served in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. He has also worked in the Political Section at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo.
