Danny L BalfourProfessor Balfour Ph.D. joined the public administration faculty at Grand Valley State University in 1996 and served as director of the school from then until 2007. He is co-author of the award-winning book Unmasking Administrative Evil (3rd edition,M.E. Sharpe, 2009) and has numerous other scholarly publications, including book chapters and articles in top national and international public affairs journals. He was the founding managing editor of the Journal of Public Affairs Education and serves on the editorial boards of several public affairs journals.
