The stories in this book series, "The Coast Guard Adventures of Dolph and Gwen", ae based on actual search and rescue missions flown by Darcy in a HH-65 Dolphin helicopter. Since 2013, "Mr. Darcy", as students know him, has volunteered 1000s of hours in public elementary schools in his local community.
