I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Grambling State University and a Master of Science degree from Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine and Science. Additionally, I posses an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Class A Water Operator's License. My career has included the oversight and management of three municipal public water supplies that included two Lake Michigan Class A Conventional Water Treatment Facilities.
