In 2016, David led Medicaid Personal Providers, LLC's successful efforts for the Joint Cmmision Accreditation for Homecare Organizations (JCAHO). He is a former member of the White House Press Corps under President Jimmy Carter and under President Ronald Reagan. He is a former consultant to the combined auto industry developing countermeasures to curb the use of illegal drugs in the auto production process.He served as the Vice President of the International Policy Institute in Washington, D.C., collaborating closely with Professor Harley Henrichs, who has since retired.
