David FrederickDavid Frederick, a Year Up South Florida alumni and a Sant La Fellow, is the founder and host of Impact the Outcome (I.O.), a podcast that focuses on the history and tourism of Haiti and features one-on-one conversations with Haitian impactors in thecommunity. His desire is to inspire Haitian millennials around the globe to take pride in the achievements of their forefathers and to carry the torch of working toward equality, freedom, and prosperity. "The future of Haiti is us and has been since the beginning," says Frederick.
