David L HughesDavid Hughes retired from Carpenter's Local #845 in Delaware County after thirty-three years of service. He has been married to his wife and best friend, Carol, for thirty-seven years. Together they have been blessed with two children, Jessica and Jaon, and two grandchildren. David found his love of writing at an early age through a creative writing class in high school. He learned to play the guitar and began writing songs as the first outlet for his talent. Upon retiring, having composed many songs and two previous books, David has written Chained, his first full-length thriller.
