David NaggarDavid Naggar is an attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Naggar graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from te University of California, Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) in 1981.
