David RehakDavid Rehak is a PhD in Processes Modelling and Simulation of Troops and Population Protection at the University of Defence. He is currently an Associate Professor at the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering. His scienific and research work is aimed at critical infrastructure resilience and protection, risk management, and civil protection.
