David TollafieldDavid is a published author, blogger, former university lecturer and former podiatric surgeon. He had published many academic articles and two textbooks with Elsevier (formerly Churchill-Livingstone). Although retired from clinical practice, he is stll involved with the podiatry profession and universities in the UK. He has spoken worldwide in New Zealand, USA, South Africa, Israel, Eire and Finland on his subject.
