David W. Opderbeck
David W. Opderbeck is Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School, where he also serves as Co-Director of the Institute for Privacy Protection and Director of the Program on Faith, Values, and the Rule of Law. His legal sholarship focuses on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data privacy, and intellectual property law. He also holds a PhD in systematic and philosophical theology from the University of Nottingham. He is the author of Law and Theology: Classic Questions and Contemporary Perspectives (Fortress Press 2019) and The End of the Law? Law, Theology, and Neuroscience(Wipf & Stock / Cascade 2021).
