Prof. Halder is the Honorary Managing Director of the Centre for Cyber Victim Counselling (CCVC), an online nt for profit organization and a think-tank meant for helping and counselling the victims of internet and digital communication crime victims. Dr. Halder was awarded the 2022 EqualityNow Public Voices Fellow . She won two awards in 2019 for her work on cyber laws, gender rights, therapeutic jurisprudence, criminal laws and creating awareness on cyber-crimes against women.
