Deborah J McCormickDeborah McCormick is currently an associate clinical professor in the Department of Health Sciences in the College of Health and Human Services at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She received her BS in health and physical educationfrom the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, her MS in health and physical education from Baylor University, and her PhD in health education from Texas A&M University. Dr. McCormick has also held faculty appointments at Lamar University, University of Texas at San Antonio, and Texas State University. She has delivered more than 50 professional presentations to local, state, and national audiences on topics related to health promotion. She is co-author of Essentials of Health and Wellness.
