Deborah PalmieriDEBORAH ANNE PALMIERI is President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce and Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver. She is the recipient of over 12 major academic honors including MacArthur Scholar Fellow, Duke University, and Columbia residential Fellow. Dr. Palmieri has served as Vice President of Demographic Research Company in Los Angeles, and Assistant Dean of The Graduate School at the University of Southern California. She is the author of The USSR and the World Economy (1992), and co-author of The Dynamics of Soviet Foreign Policy (1989), in addition to numerous business writings and academic articles on Soviet/Russian business and economics.
