Debra Runkle Debra Runkle is Assistant Professor and Co-Head Athletic Trainer at Mankato State University. She received her M.A. from Mankato State University and her B.S. from South Dakota State University. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and has also tught numerous courses in athletic training.
