Deepak Kasote

Dr. Kasote is a chemist and biochemist by training. He earned his Master's in Biochemistry and Ph.D. in Chemistry from India. Dr. Kasote has more than 12 years of post-doctoral experience in the analysis of phytochemicals within the interfae of multidisciplinary research areas such as plant science, food chemistry, natural product chemistry/phytochemistry, and nutritional biochemistry. His core expertise lies in chromatography, spectroscopy, and metabolomics. Currently, Dr. Kasote is working as a Research Associate at Qatar University (QU). Qatar. Before joining QU, Dr. Kasote worked in various prestigious institutes in the USA (Texas A&M University, North Carolina State University, and the University of Missouri), UK (University of Aberdeen), South Africa (Tshwane University of Technology), South Korea (Yeungnam University) and India (Agharkar Research Institute and Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University). Dr. Kasote has contributed significantly to interdisciplinary research, publishing around 50 research articles, reviews, and book chapters, often as a lead author.
