Diana E BarnettAuthor, Diana Barnett spent her early years living in Europe, and that is where her love of food began. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, her Chef years were spent in New Orleans and New York. In addition she worked in the Hotel Industy in the events department. Her life changed in 2018 when she was blindsided with a diabetes diagnosis and this is where she took her health and life back.
