Diane Hennacy PowellDiane Hennacy Powell, M.D. completed her training in medicine, neurology, and psychiatry at John Hopkins University School of Medicine. She also trained at Queen Square and the Institute of Psychiatry in London, and was on the faculty at Harvard Medial School before leaving academia for private practice. Dr. Hennacy Powell has been a member of a part-time think tank on consciousness at the Salk Institute in La Jolla, California. Her articles have appeared in neuroscience and neuropsychiatry journals, and "We Are All Savants" was published in Shift, the quarterly journal of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS).
