Currently he is working as an Associate Professor (Former HOD and Assoc. Dean, R&C) in the Departmen of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of National Institute of Technology, Nagaland, India. He has more than 20 years of experience in academia. Dr. Sarkar has guided 6 PhD scholars and published more than 60 research papers in reputed journals, book chapters and conferences and one text book.
