DolanJulie Dolan is assistant professor of political science at Macalester College. She received a Ph.D. from American University in 1997 and won the NASPAA (National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration) award for the best dissertaion in public administration that year. Her research interests include women and politics, bureaucratic and executive branch politics, public policy, and Congress.
