Domingos CastilloSan Diego based illustrator Ilana McCauslin was born in California and raised in Hawaii. At a very young age, she was inspired by her father to create art. From simple sketches and paintings, she was determined to expand and challenge herself with a many mediums possible. Over the years, Ilana has gained the experience of sculpture, costume design, murals, and digital art. In the winter of 2019, she was offered a role as headset designer for two plays at a local San Diego performing arts theater. From bold caricatures to luminous more realistic images, her acquired skills from these many forms of art is apparent.
