Dominic WattsDom began his career as a Primary Teacher after studying Psychology and Philosophy at Nottingham University. After many years of bringing meditation, mindfulness and philosophy into classrooms and curriculums, he left education to work in psychology ull time, at the Free Spirit Collective in Dubai. He has been working as a Holistic Coach ever since, fusing advanced principles of mindfulness with ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) to help people of all ages to transform their lives.
