Don MarlerDon Marler grew up in Wichita, Kansas and went to Wichita State University and then Washington University Dental School in St. Louis, Missouri to become a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Being a patriot, he volunteered for the military during Viet Nam and ecome a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and the Executive Officer of the 17th Dental Company at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in California. He later served as a photographer for the Wichita Wings Professional Soccer Team for seven years and became a Big Brother in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wichita, Kansas as he honed his writing skills.
