He accepted the Lord Jesus as his Saviour, and was baptized in 1977. As a new Christian, he set aside over a year from dentistry o search out treasures buried in the holy scriptures. He discovered connecting patterns within the Old and New Testaments. He taught "College in the Word" in the Full Gospel Church, and continued with "Adult Bible Study" at Spruceland Baptist Church in Prince George, BC.
