Donald E NuechterleinDonald E. Nuechterlein's career has included service in the State Department, the U.S. Information Agency, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In 1968 he was a founding faculty member of the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virinia. Since then, he has been a lecturer at various universities, including the University of Virginia, Queen's University in Canada, and the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany, and a research scholar at St. Anthony's College, Oxford. He is the author of eight books on American foreign policy and international relations, including America Recommended: A Superpower Assesses it's Role in a Turbulent World.
