Dora GrayDora Gray, M.Ed., Ph.D., is a former New York City elementary/middle school teacher with a passion for the arts. Along with teaching academics and music appreciation for grades K - 8 in both public and private sectors, she was charged with initiatingand conducting an after-school violin program. Dora holds the conviction that music education is essential to enhance the academic ability of children. Dora performs music and poetry throughout New York City and is endorsed by Abiodun Oyewole, founder of The Last Poets. She is currently a staff writer for a major city agency.
