Doug PilleyBorn in Norfolk General Hospital and reared in Princess Anne County, Doug Pilley graduated cum laude from the College of William and Mary and received an M.A. from Old Dominion University. He was awarded a CityArts Grant in 1985 from the NEA and the ity of Norfolk to do poetry performances around town. He has published poetry in the Anthology of Poems by Member Poets, Poetry Society of Virginia and short stories in In Good Company, An Anthology of Short Fiction by Virginia Writers and publications like Portland Magazine.
