E.J. Hounslow
E.J. HOUNSLOW served as junior officer with P&O before joining the Civil Service, where a great deal of his time was spent with the British Armed Forces working on joint civil/military planning. On retirement, he has dedicated himself to writing ad researching military history. He was given unprecedented access to the Cottesloe papers (the archives of Sir Thomas Fremantle) by the current Lord Cottesloe during the research and writing of Nelson's Right Hand Man.
