Edward D JonesBorn in Savannah, Georgia to Mrs. Thelma and Mr. Jonas Jones, Edward, one of 12 children, has always been a pioneer and creative thinker.

At a young age he was one of the first to integrate a local store in their community. As a young man he ould join the Army where he served during the Vietnam War. Afterwards, he moved to New York where he met many artists and civil rights legends. He even met Muhammad Ali. During this time, he would marry Doris Johnson from his hometown and they would have one child. While working as a building manager, he realized his call into the ministry. He went to a New York Theological school and became an ordained minister. After his retirement, and over 30 years in the big city, Edward decided to move back to Savannah to care for his mother and be closer to family.

Even after retirement, Edward would go on to become an entrepreneur by starting his own maintenance and construction company.

This book is his first as an author. It is a compilation of his knowledge and experience with health and nutrition, diet and exercise much of which he learned during his military service.

The prayers and scriptures included, are apart of his God given desire to inspire, encourage and uplift. He says prayer is the most important thing you can do before making life decisions, and through challenging times.
