Edward Ed F McDonnellEd McDonnell served as president and CEO of the Spirits and Wine Group at the Seagram Company. He grew the Spirits and Wine Group from a largely North American-based operation to a hugely successful global business. On his watch, Seagram became the wrld's largest producer and distributor of distilled beverages.

McDonnell also held executive positions at Pillsbury and General Foods, where he oversaw operations in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. After leaving Seagram, he ran several of his own successful liquor distribution companies in Asia and the Caribbean.
