Edward L Webb

Edward L Webb is an Associate Professor, Natural Resources Management at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He has been a recipient of two MacArthur Foundation grants for research and conservation activities in central Vietnam andhas published extensively on the ecology and management of tropical and Himalayan forests. His current research interests include the vegetation ecology of tropical and subtropical forests, the impacts of community-based management activities on forested ecosystems, and conservation of forests by rural communities.
