Edward SeatonEdward Seaton is former president of the Inter American Press Association and of the American Society of Newspaper Editors. He served as a member of the Pulitzer Prize Board for nine years, including as its chairman. He is a member of the Council on oreign Relations. He served as chairman of Harvard's Latin American Scholarship Program of American Universities. A graduate of Harvard, he studied on a Fulbright fellowship at Ecuador's Universidad Central. He serves as chairman of Seaton Publishing Company, Manhattan, Kansas.
