Ehrenstein ZlataZlata Ehrenstein was born in Brooklyn, New York; the daughter of Rabbi Yehudah Leib, and his wife Chava. She grew up in Borough Park, learning first in Bais Yaakov, then in Bais Rivka, following which she earned a teaching degree, a profession for whch she was greatly encouraged by the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
