Eileen Reno MaurerEileen enjoys writing stories that use simple metaphors to help children, teens, and adults think about being human and learning to cope with adversity, change, and our emotions. In the last 20 years, she has created and led over 40 Sunday services fr Unitarian Universalist congregations in Southern California. In addition to writing and giving the sermon, she writes a story for the children's time in these services that distills the essence of the 20-minute sermon into a 5-minute story that is meaningful for both the children and the adults in the audience. She is also a yoga teacher and she uses these stories to deepen the lessons her students carry with them off their yoga mats. Stay tuned for more books to come!
