Elder David E Reddick JrDavid E. Reddick Jr. is a native of North Carolina and has lived in Goldsboro since 1980. David is from the original Washington, NC where he attended Elementary and High School. After graduation in 1963 from PS Jones High School he moved to Virginia nd married. David attended Tidewater Community College and Old Dominion University where he studied Sociology. In 1979 David moved back to Washington, North Carolina and worked as a welder fitter at AJ Hackney and Son before moving to Goldsboro. David worked at O'Berry Center and Department of Correction where he retired in 2000. David has volunteered his services in various rest homes teaching and preaching the Gospel in Wallace and Warsaw North Carolina over the past four years. A Love for writing the inner most thoughts has always been a joy for David starting with short poems that symbolized the season. Before David gave his life to the Lord pages and pages of spiritual writings could be found in his most cherished possession which drew him closer to a personal relationship with GOD. Through the travels in the State of North Carolina David found spiritual mentors and a closer relationship with his children whom reside in Virginia. David was called to the ministry to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ under Apostle Angela Bannerman, spiritual mentor from Guiding Light Ministry International. Through the mentoring and relationship with God it inspired him to write Ancient Treasures of Precious Stones, to be followed by Mystic Rains and Showers of Glory. Read More Read Less
