Elena MancioppiElena Mancioppi is a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (Pollenzo, Italy). Her research interests concern smell, aesthetics, theories on atmospheres and on perception, olfactory arts, scent marketing and design, ad food philosophy.
