Emeleth Morliniel holds a Third Degree in British Celtic Traditional Witchcraft. That's a fancy way of saying she spent a lot of years in witch school and underwent a lot of initiation and elevation rites, and is now considered qualified to carry ut the role of High Priestess. But within her own Circle, she's usually the one managing the group's energy work and spellcraft because she's exceedingly bad at memorizing lines.
