Emiliano MarchisioEmiliano Marchisio is an Associate Professor (admitted as Full Professor from 2018) of Commercial Law of the "Giustino Fortunato" University in Benevento (Italy). He graduated in Law magna cum laude ("La Sapienza", Rome, 1999) and has a Ph.D. in Publc Law of Economics ("La Sapienza", Rome, 2005) and a LL.M. in International Business Law ("Queen Mary - University of London", London, 2001) among others, from 2013 Fellow of the Centre for Economic and International Studies (CEIS), "Tor Vergata" University of Rome. He is a member of several scientific associations and institutions and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Italian review "Giurisprudenza Commerciale" and of the European Competition Law Review.
