He is the author of twenty books, and his major works and articles have been translated into English, French, and Spansh. He is the author of Politics as Religion, The Sacralization of Politics in Fascist Italy, and The Struggle for Modernity Nationalism, Futurism, and Fascism. He is Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Rome and has been a visiting professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
