Emily Davis Emily Davis is a mom, and a health and fitness advocate born in Pocatello, Idaho and now living in New York. Inspired by a love of feeling fit and strong herself, and an empathy for other women starting their fitness journeys, Emily created her own cokbook. She felt that by sharing healthy recipes and fitness tips other women would feel less alone in their struggles.
