Emma Carlow lives in London with her husband, young baby and cat, Flynn.

Emma met Trevor Dickinson in London while they were designing children's T-Shirt and textile designs. They both liked children's books so much that they decided to wite one of their own. Their first book Kitty Princess and the Newspaper Dress is a modern fairy tale with a twist. Kitty Princess likes to think that she's the prettiest cat in town, but really she's the rudest. The Fairy Godmouse must teach her some manners before Prince Quince's ball. Emma and Trevor did all the writing and illustrating together even though they now live over 10,000 miles apart.

Emma spends most of her spare time talking on the phone to and emailing Trevor. They still feel like they live in the same city.
