Emma Slade Edmondson is the co-creator and co-host of the award winning Mixed Up podcast discussing race and identity through the lens of the mixed-race perspective - guests include Mel B, Ben Bailey Smith, Big Zuu, Jordan Stephens, Kit de aal, and many more.

She is a sustainability consultant, writer, journalist, podcaster, TEDx speaker, presenter and founder of ESE Consultancy. She is recognised as a Forbes 100 environmentalist and is deeply interested in an intersectional approach to environmentalism. Her work has regularly featured in both UK and international press such as Guardian, Huffington Post, Vogue, Grazia, Telegraph.


Emma is the co-author of The Half of It: Exploring the Mixed-Race Experience. Mixed: Explore and Celebrate Your Mixed Identity is her first book for children.
