Emma WincupI joined the School of Law in 2005 having previously held academic posts at the University of Kent, Cardiff University, University of Wales, Bangor and the University of Cambridge. I also spent a period of time in the late 1990s on secondment to the ational Assembly for Wales to refocus their drug policy.
