Emmanuel S KirundaMr. Kirunda was born and raised in Uganda. He went to the U.S for his High School and University studies where he completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Lafayette College (Pennsylvania) and University of Texas at Austin respectively. His wrtings are about the topic of "mindset change". He has written another book 'Beyond the Fourth Heritage' and in 2022 he co-founded the Fourth Heritage Initiative (www.4thHeritage.com), an organization to advance "mindset change" in the context of tropical African societies. Mr. Kirunda has worked as a Civil Engineer, Investment Banker, Project Manager in the Oil & Gas industry, and currently works as Commercial Director for a cleantech startup based in London, UK.
