Emmeline Chuang, PhD
Emmeline Chuang, PhD, is an associate professor at UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare and Director of the Mack Center on Public and Nonprofit Management in the Human Services. She is committed to understanding how health and humn service organizations can improve service access and client outcomes. Specific research areas include how to improve integration care for clients involved with multiple service systems, strategies for supporting evidence uptake by frontline staff, and how the design of work affects provider/staff satisfaction and quality of care.
