Enzo Balboni
Prof. Enzo Balboni (1942) is professor of Constitutional Law, in the Catholic University of Milan, Faculty of Law, where he also teaches Comparative Constitutional Law. He coordinates the PhD School on 'problems of legality' in his university. Preiously, he had been teaching in the Universities of Cagliari, Bologna, Trento and Brescia. His fields of research and publications have been on administrative law, regional and local law, comparative constitutional law, constitutional history. Beside other essays and articles, he has published: Le origini dell'organizzazione amministrativa del lavoro (Giuffré, 1968), Il governo locale negli Stati Uniti d'America (Giuffrè, 1975), Amministrazione giudiziale (Cedam, 1986), Lezioni di diritto pubblico (ISU, several editions up to 2000) and Compendio di diritto costituzionale, under the direction of V. Onida. (Giuffrè, second edition 2009). He is member of the board of directors of the legal periodicals Quaderni Costituzionali and Diritto pubblico.
